Today is the 16th year which you have been gone from our lives. Needless to say that it does not get any easier to deal with the pain as some may say. Another holiday spent without our Family celebrating together. We have numerous memories to recollect but they will never replace the true joy and happiness we had because of you. They say that time will help to heal the loss which we feel but that just is not so... In fact it only intensifies it. We treasure every Easter Vacation which we shared over the years...if only we could be planning them once again instead of visiting you at the Mausoleum. Another year has gone by without you and it is the start of a new year. We welcomed the new year in last night but we were missing you both to complete our family circle. To lose those who are loved so much brings pain beyond belief. There are no words to ease our pain our grief and our sadness. We constantly dwell on your special ways and wish that you were still here especially on these special occasions. Although you have left this world you'll stay within our hearts even though we are far apart. Love is everlasting and so are our memories. Your Legacy will light our darkest hours until we meet again. Sending all of our kisses and hugs up to Heaven amidst all of the fireworks hoping that you receive them.

Here it is Thanksgiving Day again and there are the empty chairs at our table where you sat. Everything feels so incomplete as we are missing our once complete family so very much. Thanksgiving day is not the same without you even though we know that your Spirits are and always will be. We will be going to the Mausoleum to share your favorite treats. Today is Halloween and just another reminder of the past and all of the memories which we shared. It's the beginning of the Holidays and the pain associated with all of our losses. We lost Pop Pop Brabazon (Michael J Sr.) and the 28th of this Month would have been his Birthday. Then on the 30th Mischief night we lost my Brother Mike (Michael J Brabazon Jr.) Needless to say the pain of losing them is still present and always will be. On this Halloween we will be reliving all of the good times we shared and nothing will ever replace the void in our lives without all of you. Troy, we can still envision you in all of your costumes over the years and your excitement when you dressed up even when you were an adult. We will never ever stop missing and loving you. Each day brings us closer to all of you and then our lives will begin again!

The Summer has come to an end and here we are without you to celebrate with. All of the holidays are meaningless without you both. It's so hard to believe that you are gone and the loss that we constantly are faced with is never ending. We so much miss all of the happy Holidays and occasions which we shared and the emptiness is overwhelming. The question is: HOW DO YOU MEND A BROKEN HEART? We love and miss you so very very much and nothing or noone can ever ease the pain regardless of what people say. We are once again regretting the upcoming Holidays without you even though you are forever in our hearts. This is the first time in many many years that Easter falls on April 1ST Troy's Birthday. We had 2 occasions to celebrate today here on earth and 2 in heaven with God ,the Angels and Saints. We are all Blessed at Easter but we hope that you feel some extra special Blessings and Love from us.You will no longer get an Easter Basket full of candy and goodies but it will be overflowing with Bunny Hugs and Kisses from us.We visited you today at your final resting place the Mausoleum and brought all of your favorite treats to you and Daddy. Today is your 47TH Birthday and we are celebrating here as you must be up above. We miss all of the special occasions and moments that we shared throughout the years. We think of you as we go through each day but especially on this day when you came into our lives. You changed our world the minute that you entered it. This day always reminds us of the special emotions the first time we saw you on the day that you were born. We wish that we could be together just like old times to laugh, love and celebrate your special day. Even though that is not possible we hope that you know that our hearts overflow with love for you. We visited you today at the Mausoleum to sing your Captain Zoom Birthday Song and we felt your presence. We could almost hear you singing along with us. We ate a piece of your Carvel cake, Coconut Cream and hard boiled name egg as you always enjoyed these favorites. The fact that you are no longer here to enjoy them causes us so much pain but we will keep your memory alive until we meet again. I came across a picture of you both today and my tears just started falling. I closed my eyes and saw you both here. I saw your beautiful blue Irish eyes smiling so bright as they always did Troy. I swear that I heard your laughter... that contagious laugh that nothing can replicate. It brought back such sweet memories of how our lives used to be. You would be preparing to party with all of your friends and drinking all of that green Irish beer. Instead you are celebrating and doing the Irish Jig with all of the pretty Colleens in Heaven. The Shamrocks on Saint Patty's Day bring back all of the dear and treasured memories we have of our Family. We will soon be together once again to relive all of those memories.
