Oh Debbie - Sorry to have not written sooner. So much sorrow. Thought experience would allow me to know what to say ... but, I still don't even know how to feel myself. Want to take your pain away, wish we could give you a hug. Thank God for heaven. Love to you always

Waugh family: Although I did not know all of you personally, I did work with Vince at Winston's in Bryn Mawr. I'm sure that he touched every other manager, wait staff (as I was), bartender, bus boys, cooks and kitchen staff with his vibrant personality. My thoughts and prayers are with you. God bless..

To the Waugh Family,
I am sorry that I was not aware of the passing of Vince. I just received an e mail from La Salle High School. We were classmates and friends. In Spanish Class we called him Paco. He was always a fun person to be with, and laughed at my jokes and stories.

After moving to Havertown, I ran into Vince at the Restaurant on Lancaster Avenue. We would chat at the Restaurant when I went to pick up Ribs for my wife. Being a caterer for 30 some years we talked about the Food Service Industry and mentioned who we had recently run into. He will always be remembered by me and the Class of 1971, La Salle College High School.

Dear Waugh family,

You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Vince was truly an inspiration to many people. He had the most wonderful ability to bring people together to work as a team. He was an icon in his industry, and yet his joy came from the love of his family of whom he spoke about often. I will always feel honored to have known someone like Vince. May God Bless your family during this difficult time.
All my love,

Heather and Hope Mauro

Dear Debbi and Family/ Mr. Waugh and Family:

You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. Vince was like the older brother I necer had.

Over the years, we did not get together as much as I would have liked, but there always was a fond memory of the times we shared.

Winstons,Partners, Woodland Ave, are just a few of the places we worked together. I can remember working like dogs for several weekends, and then taking a weekend off to enjoy time with the Family fishing, camping and skiing.

We had many unique experiences together, and if I learned anything in life from Vince, it was the time he spent with his family was important to him.

Please know if there is anything we can do, let us know
