Grandmom you have led such a long and fruitful
life. Being your first grandchild from your first child, my father Joseph Louis, you allowed me to be in this world. I then brought in two beautiful and thoughtful daughters that enrich my life. I thank you for that.
I remember the wonderful Thanksgivings at your house. My brothers and I played on the porch or out on the front steps. Grandpop would always grab our cheeks and kiss us spelling of wine. It was a wonderful time with family and good food.
