Didn't know she was gone. A sweet and gentle person who was a blessing to know.

Without question, Ginny was a special member of our Marian class of 1969. She was kind and fun, funny and smart! Truly liked and respected by everyone. We miss you, Ginny!

Some of my very best days at Marian were those spent with Ginnie in the journalism room. She was already wise and invariably kind and patient. A gift to all of us.

So sad to hear of the passing of this beautiful person -- warm and compassionate, always greeting the world with a beautiful smile and keen interest. I count myself lucky to have been her friend and colleague from our time in journalism school at KU, to the newsroom in Binghamton, NY to her time in Philadelphia. She was always there to offer support when needed, pump up an ego, correct an errant sentence or share a laugh. She was one of a kind. RIP dear Ginnie

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends. Please take comfort in the words found at 2nd Thessalonians 2:16,17.

I will always remember you, Ginnie. Your kindness and generosity, your love of theater, books and restaurants, your mean softball moves, your easy laugh and beautiful smile, your volunteer work with the elderly, your love of animals, your deep faith, and your sense of adventure that took you to places around the world that most of us will never see. Rest in peace. You are loved.

What to say about my dear friend of 57 years? I love you Ginnie and I am so thankful Mary Ann called me to let me know that you are at peace and back to your old self again. I can never find Mary Ann´s number but hopefully, I can get a note to her and the family.
We´ve made great memories together all of our lives. I am so grateful for your friendship.
Love always, Chris
