We would often sit in the back of the sanctuary at Doylestown UMC and Walter was there, too, at the early service. While singing the base line of the hymns, I could hear Walt singing the same tunes. He would often use his tablet to view the songs, so I presumed he had a larger font on his tablet, but I never asked. I was shocked to learn of his passing, but with the Holidays, I wasn't aware of his passing until today. By all accounts, he should have our prayers celebrating his time with us!

Walt was an extraordinary man in so many ways. At 75, he was still the first one in the office and the last to leave. Knowledgeable, humble and gracious, he was always willing to help others any way he could. He made the world a better place and I will miss him terribly. God bless you, my friend.

Walt was such a great person, and he seemed to have all the answers. You were such a great friend and mentor. Walt, Liz, and Bonnie were the first people I met at Simplex. I can't tell you how much you helped me grow and learn in my 17yrs there. Thanks for everything my friend. Rest in Peace my friend.

Walt was such a kind and caring man. No matter the task, if you asked Walt to help you, he would stop whatever he was doing to help you!! Johnson Controls has lost such a valuable person/employee that words cannot describe.
Walt, I know you're assisting everyone in heaven with engineering help. God bless you and rest in peace my friend.

Walt, I can't express how much you will be missed. You were like a dad to me, a friend and a close working co-worker on countless projects. You were the clue that held our department and office together...I still can't believe it..You were such a sweet, kind soul..always taking the time to help someone. I will miss the Audiobooks discussions and the shuffle of feet going by my desk..may your spirit move on to a bigger and better place...Bless you!
