WILLIAM R. "BILL", on Sept. 20, 2014. Beloved husband of Judy (nee Pawlishyn). Devoted father of Billy (Karolyn), Michelle and the late Christopher. Loving son of Patricia and the late Joseph. Dear brother of Kathy DiCastelnuovo and Trisha Popolo. Loving grandfather of Ryan Campbell. Relatives and friends may pay their respects to the family Sat. 9:30 A.M. St. Cecilia Church, 535 Rhawn St., Phila., PA 19111 followed by Funeral Mass 10:30 A.M. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory to East Stroudsburg Univ. Women's Basketball Program, 200 Prospect St., East Stroudsburg, PA 18301, Attn: Henry Ahnert, Jr. at Alumni Center would be appreciated.

I was very sorry to hear the sad news. My condolences to his loving family. I have nothing but happy memories. When he entered a trading crowd everyone knew it. I smile when I think of his larger than life personality. He will be sorely missed.

I am so saddened to hear about Billy.
He was one of my favorites on the floor.
He was a man who told you HOW IT WAS and he did not back down from anyone. I still laugh at all the crazy times we had down on the floor and i can say he was involved in most of them.
HE WILL BE MISSED..

Judy, Billy, Michelle and the entire Boggs Family, I just wanted to send my prayers, love and condolences to you all for your loss of a very good man. Bill started out to me as just somebody I knew on the Philly Stock Exchange, but over time and years he became a true and very dear friend. He was always there when I needed him and he helped me get through some tough times in my life, and also some very good times. It was a true blessing to be able to call him my friend. I will miss him, as I am sure you will all too, but I will never ever forget him. God Bless You All.
