Donald Redd Obituary

Donald "Don" W. Redd, age 82, of Hale and formerly of Romeo passed away on Wednesday, June 30, 2010, at Iosco Medical Care Facility in Tawas City.
He was born Feb. 7, 1928, the son of Charlie and Nellie Redd.Mr. Redd served in the United States Navy. He was a retiree of Ford Motor Company. Don was a longtime member, a 32nd Degree Mason and past master at the Romeo Masonic Lodge.
He is survived by Grace, his wife of 64 years; four children, Dale (Lorraine) of Almont, Darlene (Michael) McNamara of Davisburg, David (Penny) of The Villages, Fla., and Kathy (Carl) Kemp of Oscoda; seven grandchildren; one great-grandson; three brothers; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents; three brothers; two sisters; and one great-granddaughter.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are handled by the Hale chapel of Buresh Funeral Home. Those wishing to express words of sympathy may do so at www.bureshfuneralhomes.com.
