Joyce Parent Obituary
Joyce was born July 24, 1941 in Tawas, the daughter of Roy and Cora Coates. She had lived in Prescott for most of her life. Joyce was deputy treasurer of Logan Township and member of the Eastern Stars. She also enjoyed cooking and sewing.
Joyce is survived by daughters, Shirley Parent of Prescott, Kimberly Parent of Prescott and Andrea (John) Hudson of Prescott; grandchildren, Jonathan (Samantha) Hudson of Fayetteville, N.C. and Ashley (Shawn) Koettel of San Antonio, Texas, and great grandchildren, Prudence, Neiko, William and Jayden. Also surviving are sisters, Donna (Joe) Embeltem of Blue Springs, Mo. and June McClure of Farmington Hills. She was preceded in death by husband, William Parent.
