Nathan Trottier Obituary

Nathan Joseph Trottier, age 51, of Oscoda died peacefully on Thursday, Aug. 4, 2011, at his home.
He was born on Oct. 16, 1959, in Tawas City to Raymond and Marcia Trottier. Nathan graduated from the Hollywood School of Beauty and became the owner of his own business, Nathan & Company, in East Tawas in the early 1990s.
He loved music, playing his guitar, woodworking and making people laugh. Nathan could make 20 friends in a room full of strangers, lighting up the room with his smile. He'll be greatly missed by his loving family and the hundreds who knew him. Nathan served in the United States Army, having been stationed in Kaiserslautern, Germany, for four years.
He is survived by his son, Trevor Krause of Spokane, Wash.; parents, Raymond and Marcia of Oscoda; sister, Janine Trottier of Dallas, Texas; sister, Nanette (John) Justo of Windermere, Fla.; brother, Raymond (Tina Charpie) Trottier of Mikado; niece, Nanette Trottier of Mt. Pleasant; nephew, Eric Trottier of Oscoda; and nephew, Michael Justo of Windermere, Fla. Nathan was preceded in death by his son, Tyler Krause, in 2009.
A private memorial will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to a worthy charity of the donor's choice and condolences may be offered at www.bureshfuneralhomes.com.

I will miss the brother that I once knew who had a great sense of humor and a sensitive, kind heart that liked to serve others when they were in their deepest needs. Thank you for being there for Dad when he became ill.
