Robbie LaPointe Obituary
Born Feb. 1, 1972 in Bay City, Robbie married Marsha Karpp on April 10, 1993 at Lott Baptist Church in Glennie.
Mr. LaPointe was an avid hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed playing horseshoes, camping and the outdoors. He loved spending time with his family. Robbie was a "great" father, husband, brother, uncle, cousin and friend. He will be missed by all.
He is survived by his wife, Marsha; children, Trevor, Tori and Trenton; siblings, Jamie LaPointe, Rodger (Michelle) LaPointe, Ryan Mervyn and Randy Mervyn; and his mother, Linda Mervyn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Mel Mervyn.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m., Monday, June 7 at the Hale Chapel of the Buresh-Bennett Funeral Home, 121 S. Washington. The family received friends Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Pastor Michael VanZee officiating. Cremation followed with interment in Glennie Cemetery at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of donor's choice. Those wishing to offer or express their condolence may do so at www.bureshfuneralhomes.com.
