Ronald Raynak Obituary

Ronald F. Raynak, 80, passed away Sunday, Nov. 28, 2021.
Born June 6, 1941, to Frank and Phyllis (Browne) Raynak in Hamtramck, Mich., he was raised in Greenbush.
He was an iron worker with the Local 25. Ron loved the AuSable River, enjoying fishing and canoeing. He was a member of the Michigan Canoe Racing Association. He was a charter captain on Lake Huron and enjoyed hunting. He was an avid reader and liked history. He was a great storyteller and loved sharing his adventures. He liked making his own maple syrup and smoking meats.
Ron is survived by two daughters, Ronda (Dave) Gartland and Christina (Craig) Raynak, and one son, Guy Raynak, two grandchildren, Brian (Marie) Raymond and Ellen (Chris) Oesterling, five great grandchildren, Drake, Harrison, Eva, Mila, and Andi, and his sister-in-law Dody Raynak. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Jerome and Gary Raynak.
Cremation arrangements were made through Gillies Funeral Home, Lincoln.
