Suddenly, on Sunday, October 13, 2013, in her eighty-eighth year. Devoted wife of the late John Shenker for sixty-six years. Most beloved mother and mother-in-law of Barbara and Jerry Solomon, Linda and Joe Titleman, and Judi Shenker. Cherished grandmother of Michael Solomon, Erica Solomon and Jeff Winterstein; Naomi Titleman and David Colla, Mark Titleman (Nicole Schwartz), Emily and Matthew Walker. Proud great-grandmother of Liam and Annie Winterstein, Nathaniel and Jory Colla. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Edie and Norm Glickman, Ruth and the late Fred Dermer, the late Sol and the late Stella Dermer, the late Shirley and the late Ben Silverman, and the late Harold Dermer. Sister-in-law of Tanya and the late Morris Lauber, Norma and the late Harry Shenker. Special friend of Fay and Joe Shaffer. Roslyn will be fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W. on Wednesday, October 16 at 12 noon. Burial at the Young Israel of Montreal Congregation Section, Kehal Israel Cemetery, D.D.O. Shiva at her home.
