Donna I miss you terribly but we are very lucky to have the Short's in our life. They are our best "buds" and we have shared so very much. I now love Gin Martini's and my husband eats cooked red cabbage. Anytime we would drop in for a visit Randy would say "what the hail" with Donna saying "oh crap I forgot to lock the door". Those two were a mess together, especially at the Greenbrier! oh my what fun!! Taking her in a ride in the convertible we laughed like little girls from the wind in our hair. We are family and love them dearly, she was a fighter to the end. Donna never forgot a birthday, anniversary or other special occasion that was important to her family and friends. Loved her football, golf and baseball better than any man I knew. What a gal!! She never aged but matured gracefully and that she definitely was. Class defined her in every way, my only wish was to have known her longer. We could have picked more strawberries at Dempsey's farm or better yet as some knew us to go to the "vegetable center". Nurse Nancy, as sometimes called, took good care of you too. I am indebted to her for sure. Major is in good hands and will be taken good care of, so as we said very often "Not to Worry".
I love you Donna May with all my heart and I'll see you later gator!
