To the McCoy Family, we are sorry for your loss. I just read about your Father and how he was a decorated War Veteran that I'm sure was greatly admired and loved by his family. Your family is in our thoughts during this difficult time. Jita Morrison and SRR Team.

Dear Mrs. Mccoy, Debbie, Frank and John,
I was truely sadened to hear the Commander had passed. When I first read the note I was immediately taken back to 1965 and Rota, Spain. Getting to know Debbie through her TeenTime radio show, and her family, I soon learned from Commander McCoy what kind of man I wanted to be. I'll always remember him as a man of character and wisdom, and a man who acted beyond the basics of altruism. I wish I could have seen him one more time. The last time I saw Frank was a couple of years ago when I was passing through Beaufort. Our visit was wonderful, although abbreviated. He and I later talked about the direction of America given circumstances you're all familiar with. He suggested I not be discouraged, but remember America has always prevailed, and always will. He was the true optimist. Please accept my sincerest condolences.
Sincerely,
Scott

Dear Mrs. McCoy and family,
We didn't know your husband personally, but do know your son, Frank Reynolds McCoy III, through working with him. We enjoyed reading about Mr. McCoy, Jr.'s many contributions to our nation and it's people. He sounds like a man who touched many lives in a positive way. God Bless you,

Dear McCoy Family, Relatives and Friends,
We would like to express our deepest sympathies at this difficult time. Having not known Mr. MCoy personally, I can only imagine the person he was in life. We know he was a good man as it is evident through John who we know as a good friend but more importantly as a good husband and father. These fine qualities emerge from the good example set by good parents. I would also like to thank Mr. McCoy for his many years of service to our country and his efforts to help protect the freedoms we all enjoy. May God bless him and all of you.
Sincerely,
Darrell Christopher and Family,
