Frank Reynolds McCoy Jr.

I regret the passing of my shipmate and roomate in the USS Kitty Hawk. Frank worked full steamfor the success of Attack Carrier Air Wing Eleven in the Viet Nam conflict.A good friend, he will be missed in the fleet.

I was truely sadened to hear the Commander had passed. When I first read the note I was immediately taken back to 1965 and Rota, Spain.
