Helen,
We were saddened to learn of Lloyd's passing. In our memory he will always be seated at our Easter table, enjoying the food and faces of that annual feast. Lloyd and Mike shared an interest in winemaking, a hobby in which he soon excelled. He and Andrea enjoyed poppy seed bread and dry humor. Lloyd was a great man who lived a great life. We will miss him.

Lloyds sense of humor, his honesty and his loyalty to the people that he cared about made him a special friend. I especially enjoyed and benefited from Lloyd's curiosity, he never met a gadget or device that didn't intrigue him. Lloyd first explained the iCloud to me years ago, when I still thought clouds were stratus and cumulus. I will miss our many conversations on aircraft, electric cars, and whatever the latest gizmo was that captured Lloyd's attention. I will miss the email chains of forwarded newspaper and magazine articles. Most of all I will miss you Lloyd. Rest in Peace my good friend.

We always had fun sitting next to Lloyd and Helen during the annual Easter Feasts at Michael and Andrea's home. Lloyd had a great sense of humor and definitely knew how to make us laugh. We'll miss him and cherish our memories.

I had the privilege of working for Lloyd for nine years. He was an excellent manager, and he always treated me as an equal and respected my opinions. I have many fond and funny memories of those years working together. Our working relationship quickly turned into a close friendship, one which I will always treasure. I like to imagine Lloyd is now laughing and sharing stories with his friends Greg C. and Steve B. about the good old days on Vernon Street. Rest In Peace my dear friend.

Lloyd was a great person who I had the pleasure of working with for 35 years. We were more than just co-workers. We had a foursome that lunched together monthly. Lloyd and I active employees along with two retirees. I will always have found memories of Lloyd's friendship and kindness.

Lloyd was one of the first people I met when I arrived at the old Connecticut Transit garage on Vernon Street, and we remained friends and colleagues for over 30 years. "Million dollar laugh" is apt. We'll miss you.
