Peter Daniel BogartOn November 11, 2010, Peter D. Bogart, 87, of Bluffton, SC, a widower of June Bogart, died of medical complications in Beaufort Memorial Hospital. A funeral service was held at the graveside in Mt. Pleasant Memorial Gardens, Monday, November 15, 2010 at 2:30 pm. Mr. Bogart, born December 13, 1922 in Vienna, Austria, was the son of Jakob Baumgarten and Regina Korpiolek Baumgarten. He served in the British Army, graduated New York University School of Law and was a retired real estate investor. He is survived by three daughters: Dinah Engel of Gladwyne, PA, Vivian Burke of West Hills, CA, and Eleanor Bogart of Bluffton, SC & N.Y.C.; four grandchildren, two great grandchildren, a dog and cat.
