Words cannot express the sorrow we felt when we learned of Phil's passing. He was an exceptionally caring, thoughtful, and talented friend. He had a sense of humor we will never forget. Phil was our special buddy who was always there when we needed him. We regret we did not spend more time with him after the Olympia left the Stone Road location. He will forever be our cherished friend and will always remain in our hearts. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort. God Bless You Phil, until we meet again.

I know that I did not know my Uncle Phillip well. I do believe that he did go way to soon though. My deepest sympathy goes out to Sarah Chad and my Aunt Janet. I am truly sorry for your loss. I wish I could have known him better to see how wonderful he was.

My deepest sorrow and prayers go out to Philip's family. I smilingly remember Philip running around, four or five years old, in his snazzy bathing suit trying to hang with the "big kids" in our East Providence (Frasier Street) neighborhood. The Olivers had a pool, so he was automatically "in". :) Philip was then, and still is - a beautiful light.

Dad, I miss you more than you will ever know. Its such a shock that you are gone, its hard for anyone to believe even after some time has passed. Chad, Mom, Chris, and I miss you and love you so much. We wish we could have spent so much more time with you before your passing. We think about you everyday and wish you were here to do things with us. We talk about you like you are still here. I promise to keep being strong like you raised me and to help take care of mom and chad.....I love you so much...I wish I could tell you that to your face a thousand more times and give you the biggest hug!!

Love Always and Forever,
Sarah

Diane, I am so sorry to hear of your brother's passing. I didn't know him, but I know you as my good friend and confidant of many years, so I feel connected to your grief. As it is said, time does change the shape of all hurts. I will keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers through this difficult time of passage.

This is truly hard to believe. I will never see Ollie wearing his flipflops and pajama pants playing poker anymore. I will play the "Oliver" from now on every time. My deepest sympathy to everyone in his family.

I am so sorry to hear about phil. I could not believe it when my Dad called and told me. Way to young. I did not talk to phil in a long time wish that we kept in touch like when we were young. I hope that everyone is fine and am very sorry to hear this news. When Phil came home for his reunion one time wow could not believe it was the same person looked great was working out and built now to hear this news is un believeable.
