I just was reading about Sterling. He and my husband, Steve Farley worked together at Bankers Trust and we had several memorable ski trips together up in NC. I´m so sorry. He was a great guy.

Sending our deepest sympathy to the Laffitte family. I grew up on Hilton Head Island in the summers with Liz and have the fondest memories of Sterling. What fun he was to be around. I know he is making everyone in heaven laugh right now.

We were across-the-street neighbors and high school-best buddies! Where you saw one, you saw the other ! As I told someone lately, when we were growing up, if Sterling threw a rock, I handed it to him ! I will cherish those days, growing up in Estill with Sterling and his family.
