I had the honor of working with Tim over many years. His integrity and professionalism was unmatched. A natural teacher and leader we learned a lot just watching Tim lead by example. With deepest sympathy and sincere condolences.

Timothy Scanlin, I truly admired and respected Tim for his integrity and honesty. Tim was an excellent teacher and adviser. I was a new Agent in the Miami Office and I learned a lot about investigating from Tim.

When Tim first arrived at the Miami field office of the US Secret Service 40 years ago, he immediately struck everyone with his professionalism and leadership abilities as the Assistant to the Special Agent in Charge.
He was a supportive advisor and a reliable, loyal friend to everyone. Reminiscing with him at reunions brought back wonderful memories.
With sincere sympathies to Dorothy and the family . . .
