Julie, Kim, Carrie, and all the family. How sad I was to hear about your Dad. Thank-you Carrie for your call and message. I worked with Dr. Mullins when he worked for the Health Dept. He was such a caring, gentle person, and I loved working with him. (He used to take a look at my 2 children when they got sick.) We moved from Beaufort in 1987, but I stayed in touch with him all these years. He was a very special man. I hope to be able to talk to someone in the near future. You all are in my thoughts and prayers. Love,

Our prayers are with the Mullins family. I enjoyed attending worship and Sunday Bible Study with Dr. Rod. I also enjoyed the opportunities that I had to hunt with him. He was a true Christian gentleman.

Dr. Mullins was a great mentor, a trusted professional with a since of humor and spiritual insight,a positive mind invested in the best. I will surely miss him and wish the family of Dr. Mullins support.

Although just new to the neighborhood we soon got to know Dr. Mullins. We would visit in the yard as he picked the Spanish moss from the bushes. He will be sorely missed.
