Wallace Wiggins Obituary

Dr. Wallace Ragsdale Wiggins (75) born December 2, 1937 in Cedartown, GA, deceased August 23, 2013 in Hilton Head, SC. He was a graduate of Richmond Academy in Augusta, GA. He attended Mercer University from 1959-60, where he was a member of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity. He then attended Emory University School of Dentistry in Atlanta, GA, where he was a member of XI PSI PHI Dental Fraternity. There, he was the recipient of the Periodontia Award in his graduating class of 1965, practicing dentistry and orthodontics from 1965-2008. He was also an accomplished guitarist and singer and traveled extensively worldwide. He was a US veteran, serving in the Navy from 1957 - 1959. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rev. Wallace Z. & Mildred Ragsdale Wiggins and sister, Noel Deanne Wiggins. He is survived by his wife Mary Elizabeth Milford Wiggins, of Hilton Head, SC. Sons: Rocky Arouh of Anderson, IN & Patrick Zen and Eja Elias Wiggins, both of Hilton Head, SC. Daughters: Margaret Hillary Wiggins Gilbert and Hallie Shea Wiggins Sherman, both of Helen, GA. Grandchildren: Ashley Arouh, Will Sheppard & Maddox Sherman. It was his wish to be cremated. Private remembrances are pending.
