Crystal Madden Obituary

PEABODY -- Crystal Marie Madden, formerly from Peabody, Ma passed away quietly in her sleep on Dec. 8. Crystal was born Aug. 24, 1984, in Salem, the daughter of Steven P. and Pamela Madden. She is survived by her daughter, Madison Lily Madden, her mother Pamela Madden both of Peabody, her brother, Steven F. Madden of Rhode Island, and her long-time boyfriend, Glenn Eon. She was preceded in death by her father, Steven P. Madden (2012) and her beloved Mammie, Maureen C. Febonio (2014). Crystal was an intelligent and loving young woman with aspirations to be a teacher or even a forensic scientist, but sadly fell into addiction. Her addiction took not only her life but her dreams. It is with great sorrow that her family and friends say goodbye to this vibrant, witty, beautiful and loving woman. She will never be forgotten. She will always be a beloved mother, daughter, sister, niece, cousin and friend. Service information: Funeral arrangements provided by Goodrich Funeral Home, 128 Washington St., Lynn, MA. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, Dec. 16, 2017, at The Elks Lodge, 38 Oak St., Peabody, MA, from 4-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Crystal's memory to Rosie's Place, http://www.rosiesplace.org.
