She is survived by her children, Joseph (Zsa Zsa) of Omaha Nebraska, David (Debbie) of Peoria, Arizona, and Joanne (Shane) Willett of Surprise, Arizona and close family friends Sabrina Bonar and her brother Heath Hare; brothers Robert (Jane), Michael (Karen), sisters Pamela Sherry, Deborah Euzukonis (Andrew) and Bethany Primmer. Ellie was born in Freeport, Maine, lived in Lynn, Massachusetts until 1976, moving to Phoenix, Arizona to raise her family, living in Arizona until her death. She was active in hospitality at St. James Catholic Church not missing a Sunday mass until the start of covid in 2020. Later in life, she participated Tai Chi, and various activities at the Deer Valley Senior Center, making new friends along the way. Ellie, quiet and reserved, had a uncanny knack of always remembering everyone's birthday, usually getting cards sent out so they arrived on that day. As the oldest of 12, she will be remembered as the caregiver and center of the family.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the March of Dimes, a charity Ellie donated to for over 60 years.

Please note that in these times, many family members and close friends cannot travel to celebrate Ellie's life. Some of the funeral services will be livestreamed in order provide that connection we all so need. The link for the livestream will be posted on the FB pages the family members present.
