Joshua Burbine Obituary
1980 - 2024
Lynn, MA - Joshua Michael Burbine, age 43, of Lynn, died unexpectedly at his home on Monday, April 8, 2024. Born in Lynn, in 1980, he was the beloved son of Theresa Burbine and the late George Georgopoulos. He was raised and educated in Lynn and graduated from Lynn Vocational Technical Institute in 1999. Josh worked as a server at both the Salem Waterfront Hotel and at the Hawthorne Hotel and also worked as a prep chef at the Witch's Brew in Salem. He was an avid drawer, liked writing poetry and spending time with his family and friends.
In addition to his mother Terry, Josh is survived by his sister Alisha Burbine of Lynn; his niece and nephew, Georgia and Lucas; his fiancé Jennifer Nickola of Lynn; his uncle Paul Rochon and his fiancé Debra Abbar of Lynn and his many cousins and friends.
Service Information: Visiting Hours for Josh will be on Sunday, April 14, 2024 at the SOIMINE FUNERAL HOME, 426 Broadway (Rt. 129), Lynn from 3-7p.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Directions and online guestbook at www.solimine.com

Josh was a person who was very insightful and was an amazing writer we knew each other for years from playing poker to singing karaoke at the brandy barrel and he will always be in my heart with the my sympathy and condolences to the whole family (pic taken oct 30 2009) Rest Easy Josh I will always miss you
