Enjoyed making ceramic figurinesLYNN-Judith E. "Judy" (Beechin) Gagnon, 69 years of Lynn, died peacefully surrounded by her family on Monday, December 15, 2008, at Union Hospital. She is the wife of James F. Gagnon. Judy was born in Boston, the daughter of the late James W. and Doris E. (Quinton) Beechin. She was raised in Everett and was a1956 graduate of Everett Technical High School. Judy has lived in Lynn the past 22 years.Judy enjoyed making ceramic figurines in her early years. She loved to travel and enjoyed going to Foxwoods. She was a loving wife and sister and enjoyed her family.Judy was employed as a fraud analyst for the Bank of America most recently. Previously she was employed at Schrafft's Candy factory in Charlestown. She worked as Schrafft's from 1957 to its closing in March of 1985.In addition to her husband with whom she shared 38 years of marriage she leaves, two brothers James "Joe" Beechin and his wife Eleanor of Upland, California, Edward Beechin of Revere, and a sister, Debra Morabito and her companion Stephen Chapman of Lynn. She also leaves her nieces and nephews, Sheri and Richard Harris of Revere, Scott and Christine Beechin of Malden and several great nieces and great nephews.Service Information: Her funeral will be held on Friday at 11:00 a.m. in the SOLIMINE, LANDERGAN AND RICHARDSON FUNERAL HOME, 426 Broadway (Rte 129) Lynn. Cremation in Harmony Grove, private burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery in Everett. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Visiting hours on Thursday from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. Donations may be made to the charity of your choice. Directions and guestbook at www.solimine.com
