Kelley Ann Owens, 62
Pelham, NH - Kelley Ann Owens, 62, of Pelham, NH passed away on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at the High Pointe House in Haverhill, MA.
Kelley was born on November 15, 1961 to Patricia (McGinn) and John R. Mooers. She was raised in Swampscott, MA, attended local schools, and went on to earn her bachelor's degree from Bridgewater State University. Kelley spent her career in facilities management and had spent the last 30 years working for CW Services, Boston.
She was very outgoing and loved being around people. Kelley enjoyed decorating and spending time at her camp in Maine and travelling to the islands or other vacation spots with her family. Kelley was a great hostess, from impromptu gatherings to her famous appetizer parties. She was a fierce mama bear, who would do anything for her two girls.
Kelley is survived by her loving husband, Daniel F. Owens; her daughters, Lilia and Ava Owens; her mother, Patricia Mooers; her siblings, Karen Barbuzzi and her husband Michael, Karlene Nolan and her husband Kevin, John Mooers, and Kristen McDuffee and her husband Robert; her goddaughter, Meagan Kelly; her godson, Connor Nolan; numerous nieces and nephews, many friends, as well as her beloved dog and constant companion, Louie.
She was predeceased by her father, John R. Mooers; her other siblings, Kathy, Kevin, and Keith Mooers.
Service Information: A Celebration of Life will be held at Oceanview, Zero Willow Road, Nahant, MA on August 31, 2024 from 11:00 am to 3:00 p.m. All are welcome to come share stories and memories. Kelley had requested guests wear white or colorful clothes as opposed to black.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Dana Farber Cancer Center.
