Martha Hossack

LYNNFIELD -- Martha (Brennan) Hossack, age 91, passed away peacefully at The Sawtelle Hospice House in Reading on July 6, 2020 surrounded by her daughters. She was the beloved wife of the late Ret. Lieutenant Robert A. Hossack of the Lynn Fire Department.  She was predeceased by her parents, Clarence F. Brennan and Faye (Blenkhorn) Brennan of Marblehead, and her sisters, Faye Miller of Marblehead and Dorothy Gillis of Manchester-by-the-Sea. She leaves behind her daughter Joanne Corsetti and son-in-law, Ken Corsetti of Lynn, her daughter Nancy Miles and son-in-law, John Miles of Lynn, and her daughter Beth Hossack of Plaistow, N.H. She also leaves behind several grandchildren, Nathan Miles and wife Alice of Ashland, Jodie Driscoll and husband Mark of Lynnfield, Jessica Dormady and husband AJ of Peabody, Brian Corsetti and wife Sara of Reading, Robert Miles and wife Kayleigh of Haverhill, Andrew Adamo and wife Ali of Plaistow, N.H., and Melanie Macaro and husband Dave of Haverhill. Martha loved spending time with family, especially her 10 great-grandchildren, Brendan and Connor Driscoll, Evan and Cameron Corsetti, Nixon Adamo, Evie and Seamus Dormady, Ani Miles, and Jack and Willow Miles. Martha also leaves behind many beloved nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews and their families. Martha was born in Marblehead in 1929, where she grew up and graduated from Marblehead HS. Martha enjoyed gardening, cooking and was an avid reader. She spent many winters with friends in Hobe Sound, Fla. She loved spending time with her family and will be missed by all.
