Lynn - Pauline "Mary" Ramsay, age 92, of Lynn passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 3, 2024. She was the daughter of the late John and Violet Wilson. She was the beloved wife of the late Samuel Ramsay with whom she shared 49 years of marriage. She was born in England and came to America with her husband and 5 children in 1967.
Mary was a kind and loving mother who devoted her life to raising and supporting her children. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family. There was always an abundance of love and laughter shared during holidays, game nights, cruises, vacations and weekends in Maine. She enjoyed knitting for family, friends and charity, along with sewing, reading, dancing and watching British shows. She was a member of the Daughters of Scotia and the First Church of Christ.
She is survived by her beloved children Christine (Ann) and David (Donna) of Lynn and Anthony (Kim) of Puerto Rico. She was predeceased by her sons, Paul and Steven and her sister Ann. She also leaves her many cherished grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and granddogs.
The family would like to thank all the staff at the Bertram House of Swampscott for the compassionate care given to Mary the past two years.
Her beautiful blue eyes saw only the best in everyone. She will be forever missed by her family and all that were blessed to know her.
In keeping with Mom's wishes, there will be no services.
