Sean Cusack Obituary

IPSWICH - Mr. Sean F. Cusack, age 47, of Ipswich, died suddenly on Thursday in Beverly Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Frieda (Barrozo) Cusack, with whom he shared 16 years of marriage.Born in Lynn, Sean was the son of John and Anne Marie (Bradlee) Cusack of Lynn. He attended Sacred Heart Grammar School, was a graduate of St. Domenic Savio Prep High School in East Boston, and later graduated from the Franklin Institute in Boston for his trade. He resided in Ipswich for the past two years, previously residing in Hamilton for over 10 years.Sean previously worked for Keyspan as an oil burner technician. He was the regional master plumber for the Essex County Courthouses. For the past 10 years, he owned and operated his own business, Sean Cusack & Son Plumbing and HVAC.He was very mechanically inclined and enjoyed working on cars. He also enjoyed playing golf. Sean will be remembered as a very kind and responsible person, a loving husband and an excellent father. Sean was the best oil burner technician and foreman.In addition to his wife and parents, he leaves his two sons, Sean Alfredo Cusack and Francis Emmanuel Cusack, both of Ipswich. He was the brother to Christopher Cusack of Lynn, Kevin Cusack of Revere and Mary O'Connor of Wakefield. Also survived by his nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.Service information: Sean's funeral will be held from the CUFFE-MCGINN FUNERAL HOME, 157 Maple St., Lynn, on Friday at 9 a.m., followed by a funeral Mass in St. Pius V Church at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends invited. At the request of the family, burial following the Mass will be private. Visiting hours Thursday 5-8 p.m. Gifts in his memory may be sent to the charity of your choice.
