Helen Drake Obituary
Helen resided in Ithaca until 2020, when she had made the decision to move to Oneonta, NY with her daughter.
Helen worked at NCR until she retired in 1994. She spent most of her days tending to her plants and gardens.
Helen was preceded in death by her loving husband Donald M. Drake, and her siblings Steve, Lydia, Sam, Pauline, Mary and John. She is survived by her daughter Linda (Steve) Fox, two sons, Gordon (Roberta) Drake and Thomas (Dawn) Drake; her 6 grandchildren Laurel Weber, AJ Fox, Gordon D. Drake, Caitlin Hochbruekner, Lindsay Drake and Garrett Drake, as well as 9 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Services will be held on Saturday June 28,2025 @10am at Frears Memorial Park Cemetery; followed by a celebration of life at Enfield Community Center in the town of Enfield.

My condolences to Linda and Tommy. I liked Helen a lot. She had some great knowledge of plants and shrubs. I learned a lot from her. She was a good sister to John, one of my best friends.
