1953 - 2018

GAIL CASAZZA EDWARDS Gail Casazza Edwards, passed away October 23, 2018 at our home in Alta Loma California at the age of 65, after a four year struggle with Pancreatic Cancer. Gail was born in Arizona on June 14, 1953 to her parents Francis and Robert Casazza and was raised in Claremont, California. Gail graduated from Claremont High School in 1971. She went on to attend Mt. San Antonio College, receiving a degree in Childhood Development. On Feb. 14, 1968 Gail began dating her best friend and future husband Don Edwards from Pomona, California. We were married November 12, 1976. After High School, Gail was employed by Miller's Outpost and as a mail carrier for the US Postal Service until we had our first child in 1981. I'll lovingly remember Gail my wife of 42 years. Gail will also be remembered by our loving children Stacey and Steven, his wife Kalina and three grandchildren, Ava, Scarlet and Aaron, dad Robert, sister Maureen, (Jeff) and their sons Daniel and Jordan, brother Burt, cousins Joe and Connie. Gail will always be remembered by the community as the "Christmas Tree Lady". For 37 years Gail ran "Casazza's Christmas Tree Farm" in Etiwanda, Ca. Gail cherished all the guys and gals that helped out over the years at the Tree Farm. She always looked forward to opening day with anticipation and excitement. It was the families and friends that brought this excitement as they eagerly waited for the horn at 9am sharp. She and the staff watched everyone run into the trees and we all knew the Christmas season was here! Gail's other passion was running. She finished over 40 marathon's and countless half marathons's. A Memorial Service and Celebration of Life will be held at 1:30, Saturday November 17th at Water of Life Church, 7625 East Ave, Fontana Ca 92336. Reverend Larry D. White officiating.
