Dear Roberts Family,
My name is Richard Arnold. Your son Jordan knew me as SGT Arnold. We both served together in Germany. When I met Jordan I knew that he was going to be a great soldier. His motivation and dedication was something admired by all those with whom he worked. I wish I had more time to get to know him better. I believed in his potential as a Soldier and as a human being. He will be missed. Sorry for your loss.

Dear Roberts Family, I worked with Jordan during the winter season at Bass Pro Shops. We would discuss our Religion values because I too am LDS and he would always say "You sound like my mother". I thought of him often and wished him the best. I am so sorry for your loss. The one thing I do know is that he loved his family.
