Juanita Fahndrich Obituary
March 14, 1927~October 20, 2015
Surrounded by her family in the home of her daughter, Juanita Fahndrich took her first breath in Heaven on October 20, 2015. Juanita was born in Elkhart, Indiana to Guy M. and Mary J. Hostetler on March 14, 1927.
Juanita was the oldest of three children and was preceded in death by her husband, Dale A. Fahndrich; parents Guy and Mary Hostetler; brother, Guy F. Hostetler; and sister, Carol Ann Maust.
Juanita married the love of her life, Dale A. Fahndrich, on October 8, 1948. They were married for 53 years and loved and cared for each other every day of their amazing life together.
Juanita is survived by her only child, daughter Debbie McCracken (Mark); grandchildren Michelle (Joel) VanVolkinburg, Seth (Rebekkah) McCracken, five great grandsons, Ashton, Brady, and Colin McCracken; and Caleb and Gavin VanVolkinburg; fourteen dear nieces and nephews, also her sisters-in-law, Murial Fahndrich and Verdella Slagell.
Juanita enjoyed China painting and created many beautiful pieces that she has passed on to her family. Nita had the gift of hospitality, gifts and helps during her amazing life. She enjoyed working as a nurses' aide during her younger years until the birth of her daughter. She loved to bake, entertain and spend the day shopping in Claremont with the girls! Our Nita will be missed so much and has left a huge hole in our hearts but we as a family take comfort in knowing we will see her again and be together for eternity!
We will be having a Celebration of her Life on November 12, 2015 at 3:00 in the West End Chapel at Bellevue Memorial Park, 1240 West G Street, Ontario, CA 91762.
