THOMAS J. "Tim" MASSAR

Born Jan. 5, 1925, passed away October 4, 2009. Tim was a native of Gowanda, NY. He served honorably in the US Marine Corps. WWII from 1942 to 1945 - Played semi-pro football for a time - then 20 years on the staff of NY State Psych. Hosp. in Gowanda NY, later became RN Director of Mental Health at San Antonio Community Hosp. in Upland, CA where he retired after 20 years in 1987. An avid fam of horse-racing, Time & Dolores also enjoyed many years of traveling-spending time with family and friends. Survived by wife, Dolores, and a large, loving family including 6 brothers, 1 sister, 3 children, Jackie, Thomas & Christy; 3 step-children, Steve Evers, Carole Young, & Tom Evers; 16 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. He will be missed by all. Memorial services will be held at Riverside National Cemetery, Oct. 28 @ 2PM.
