ALBERT STUDER JR.

Our beloved father, grandfather and great- grandfather, Albert Studer Jr., of Calexico, passed away suddenly on Saturday, September 1st at Yuma Regional Medical Center. His wife, family and friends were at his side. Albert was 81.
He was born on December 19, 1930 in Holtville, California to Albert Sr. and Klara Studer.
He attended Meloland School, and graduated from Central Union High School, Class of 1949. Albert served six years in the National Guard and was a local farmer.
Albert is survived by his wife, Margaret, of 59 years, and 4 children, 12 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
The rosary will begin at 10 a.m. at Saint Mary's Catholic Church (La Brucherie Rd. El Centro) with services beginning at 10:30 a.m. on September 14, 2012. After the service, Albert will be interned at Evergreen Cemetery.
The family requests in lieu of flowers that donations be made in Albert's name to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America 866-232-8484.

My memories are of an Easter egg hunt in Heber, barbecues, weddings, anniversaries and dinners with my parents. In remembrance of a great man who knew that what mattered most in life were faith, family and his friends--With deepest regard and sympathy to the Studer and Abatti families

Albert was a really all around nice man & fun to be with. I feel privileged to have worked and called a true friend. Our condolences to all of the Studer family.
