ARMIDA VALADEZ Obituary
Aug. 1, 1950 – Sept. 27, 2025
On behalf of the Valadez & Gamboa families, we wish to share with you the passing of our beautiful mother, Armida G. Valadez. Born on August 1, 1950, in Brawley, California, passed away at the age of 75 on September 27th, 2025.
Armida was a beloved mother and grandmother to her children and grandchildren; her son, Gustavo "Sonny" Valadez, her daughter, Cynthia Valadez, and her son, Kruzificio "Kross" Valadez, and son, Daniel & wife, Martha Valadez and their daughters, Mia Valadez, Mai Valadez, as well as sister to her benevolent brother, Arthur Gamboa & wife, Mary, and aunt to her affectionate nephews, Michael Gamboa, James Gamboa and niece, Lisa Gamboa.
Armida was preceded in death by her parents, Milton Gamboa and Maria Magdalena Guerrero, and her siblings, Milton "June" Gamboa Jr. and Maria Luisa Gamboa, as she joins them while they all continue to watch over us.
Mass to be held October 25, 2025, at 9 a.m. at St. Mary's Church, 795 S. La Brucherie Road, El Centro, California. A celebration of life will immediately follow as everyone is invited to join us for a gathering in the St. Gregory Hall.
