Charlie Grijalva, 29, of Brawley passed away Sunday, December 21.
He was born May 8, 1985 in Calexico and was later married to Gloria M. Noriega.
Visitation for Charlie will be held Monday, December 29 from 6 to 9 p.m. at Frye Chapel and Mortuary in Brawley with rosary at 7 p.m.
Mass will commence at 10 a.m. Tuesday, December 30 at St. Margaret Mary Church in Brawley. Charlie will be laid to rest at Riverview Cemetery immediately following Mass.
Charlie is survived by his wife, Gloria Grijalva; daughter, Jocelyn Mendez, son, Noah Grijalva, and a baby on the way; parents, Arthur and Elizabeth Grijalva; and sister, Lizette Grijalva Hendry.

he was very down to earth and fun to hang around with. i was with him in 2004-05 at Dco 2-87, before i was moved to 1-32. i will miss him and wish i would have got to know him more.
