CYNTHIA RAE SINGH

It is with great sadness that the family of Cynthia Rae Singh announces her passing after a battle with cancer, on Monday, September 8, 2014, at the age of 50 years.
Cynthia will be lovingly remembered by her parents, Raymond and Estella Singh of Holtville, her children, Travis William Thomas Jr. of Holtville, Kile Singh Thomas (Brittany); siblings, Maria Ayon of Holtville, Dolores Granillo of Imperial, Anthony Singh (Michelle) of El Centro, Thomas Singh (Chemain) of New Mexico; grandson, Aaiden Thomas; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
She is preceded by her maternal grandparents, Pedro and Jesus Flores, Elpidio Silva; paternal grandmother, Silveria Chell; uncles, Oscar Flores, Daniel Flores, and Benjamin Flores.
Cynthia attended school in Holtville and graduated from Holtville High School in 1981. Cynthia earned her certificate in cosmetology and for many years gave personal care for the homebound client and friends. She also enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family and friends.
Rosary will be held on Sunday, September 21 at 6 p.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 560 Maple Ave, Holtville. Mass will be celebrated in memory of Cynthia by Father Cecilio Moraga, Monday, September 22, at 10 a.m. at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 560 Maple Ave, Holtville. Interment will follow at Terrace Park Cemetery. Reception is to follow at St. Joseph's Parish Hall.
The family wishes to extend their gratitude to all the friends who supported Cynthia and family during this difficult time. Cynthia will be greatly and lovingly missed.

My dearest friend cynthia.. know that u are missed by many of us.. you always had a smile. I will cherish my memory of stay nights at ur house when u lived in the country and we would have wire hanger fights.. i love u and i wished i wasnt so far away.... i love u girl...
