My Father was Dick's uncle. When my parents retired out to AZ from North Dakota, Dick and Judy invited them for Thanksgiving for many years. They always raved about Dick's generosity and Judy's good cooking. So glad he had his dream in Wyoming ! Love to Judy and Heidi, Sue and Jon Curtiss

Did business with Dick for years at Val Rock. I was just a pup and he was a hell of a teacher. An asphalt industry legend. Thanks, Dick. I miss you.

Shocking to hear of Mr. Becker's passing. When I was the Executive Director of the Sheriff's Activities League, Mr. Becker was always available for good counsel and to put his checkbook where his heart was.
Later, when I began CrossRoads Church, Mr. Becker asked what he could donate to get us going. I didn't know what to tell him, so he took my list and instead of buying one or two things, bought the whole list!
What an incredible man with an even more incredible giving nature. The world lost one of the great ones when he passed.

I knew both your parents and known you as having been very respectful/loving son. Always sending flowers and making that daily phone call to your Mom. No matter where your remains go, to me you will always be in Wyoming. You will be missed greatly. My condolences to your immediate family and those that worked for you, you were a good person. Judy, Heidi, and Steve.....It's no secret how much I cared for Dick Becker. There are many things that he did for me, some I'm sure you're aware of, and some you're probably not. I have told many people that he was more of a father figure than my own. Judy, I'll never be able to thank you enough or repay the debt I owe both of you for giving me the chance to get my life back together a few years ago. You and he are the kind of people that can make miracles happen. I love you both. And I will miss him.

Judy: You have our most sincere condolences on the passing of Dick. He was the type of man that impressed all those that he met. He was one of the last of a breed of men whose hand shake was his word, and telling a lie was not worth destroying one's reputation. He will leave a void, but he is now flying his V tail in a better place. I will miss him.
