JACK MAMER Obituary
Jack Mamer, 56, of Chandler, Arizona, passed away unexpectedly on May 2, 2018 in Brawley, California at the home of his mother, Dolores Mamer. Jack attended grade school at Magnolia School and was a 1980 graduate of Brawley Union High School. He excelled in athletics, football in particular and went on to play at Imperial Valley College for 2 years. Jack had a love for the outdoors and enjoyed hunting and fishing with family and friends. He was a master craftsman in construction and renovations and especially enjoyed helping out friends and family. He spent the last two and a half years of his life living in Brawley taking care of his mother. Jack was born on March 29, 1962 to Art and Dolores Mamer in Brawley, California. Jack was the fifth of six children. He was preceded in death by his father and is survived by four brothers, Jim (Zenny), Bob (Judy), Fred (Cristi) of Brawley, Bill of Mission Viejo, CA and his sister Joanne Pratt (Loren) of Maricopa, AZ. In addition, he is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. A Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at 10 a.m. at Frye Chapel and Mortuary in Brawley, CA.

It wasn't long ago I spoke with Jack at his parents home. We had a great conversation about construction, our roots in Brawley and other things. He was a great person and loved his family much. Although he was several years my junior I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation.
We all attended Magnolia Union School and Brawley High School. We were in 4H together and our parents were friends for decades. Our condolences go out the Mamer family. Our prayers are with the family at this most difficult time and we know he is in the hands of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. May the comfort of the Holy Ghost and the peace of God be with the family at this time of such a great loss.

MAMER FAMILY,
My most deepest condolences to all your family, my prayers and thoughts are with you. It was a shock to read the news in the obituary. We all went to Magnolia School and went on to Brawley High. He was so young and full of life. I have so many good memories of Jack. Jack was so good at what he did in construction and renovations i had the privilege of seen his work. Well Done Jack ! RIP JACK
