Feb. 2, 1947 - Feb. 19, 2014
Jose Aurre, 67, of Brawley passed away Wednesday, February 19.
He was born February 2, 1947 in Arrieta, Bizkaia, Spain and was later married to Josefina Gonzalez.
Visitation will take place Wednesday, February 26 from 6 to 9 p.m. at Frye Chapel and Mortuary in Brawley with rosary at 7 p.m.
Funeral Mass is scheduled for 9 a.m. Thursday, February 27 at St. Margaret Mary Church in Brawley with Father Alex Aquino officiating. Jose will be laid to rest at Riverview Cemetery immediately following.
Jose is survived by his wife, Josefina Aurre of Brawley, CA; son, Noel Aurre; daughter and son-in-law, Bianca and Roberto Contreras; and granddaughters, Jacqueline and Rachely.
