KERRY KOSCH Obituary
June 9, 1974 – Oct. 8, 2024
With deepest sorrow, we announce the passing of our beloved family member, affectionately known as KK. He was unexpectedly called home to the Lord on October 8, 2024.
A well-rounded and talented man, KK enjoyed fishing, playing guitar, writing songs for his band Los Rooks, collecting knives, and constantly learning new things. He had many talents and achievements, but his generous heart was his greatest gift. KK had the admirable ability to connect sincerely with everyone he met. He could roast you with sarcasm, soften it with a giggle, and heal you with scripture. He was truly one of a kind, and those fortunate enough to know him understood how deeply he loved and was loved. Although painfully missed, KK will live on in our hearts and memories.
KK is survived by his loving wife of 19 years, Kali Kosch; his mother, Lita Kosch; and his siblings: Virginia (Harry) Bowden, Karen Kosch-Harris (Dan Harris), Karl Bimshas, Pamela Knutson, and Travis Knutson. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, Harry (Jessica) Bowden and Kelly Bowden, Brenna (Brett) Cirincione, Stephanie Knutson, and Katiana and Jonas Bimshas; and great-nieces and great-nephews: Harry, Hailey, and Cassidy Bowden, and Brody Cirincione; as well as many close friends and a large extended family. He was preceded in death by his father, Alvin Kosch.
Services will be held on December 12, 2024 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in El Centro. Rosary at 10:30 a.m. and Mass at 11 a.m.
