LEOPOLDO DANIEL OCHOA

Jan. 6, 1984- Jan. 1, 2007

Leopoldo Daniel Ochoa, 22, passed away on Monday, January 1, 2007 in Palm Springs, CA.
Leo was born January 6, 1984 in El Centro. He moved with his family five years later to Chula Vista and spent most of his growing up years in El Cajon, CA. In his adult life he moved to Palm Springs until his untimely illness.
Leo will be returning home to the Imperial Valley to join his mother Griselda Ochoa who passed away in 1990 to be with our Lord and Savior.
Leo was a caring young man to all that knew him. His love for animals was overwhelming by all of us who knew him well. His tremendous kindness and sense of humor will be missed by all.
Visitation will be Tuesday, January 9, from 6 to 9 p.m. at Hems Brothers Mortuary 1975 S. 4th St., El Centro.
Mass will be held Wednesday, January 10, at Sacred Heart in Heber commencing at 9 a.m. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in El Centro.
Leo is survived by his loving son, Daniel Ochoa; parents, Edmundo Ochoa and Olivia Nuñez; grandparents Gilberto and Olga Lopez and Ernestina Mejia; brother, Eddie; sisters, Rita, Melissa, Maria and Marcella; all of his loving uncles, numerous aunts, nephews and cousins whom he loved so much.
