LUCY FAYE CHILDERS

May 16, 1941 – July 8, 2025

Lucy Faye (Wise) Childers, age 84, passed away peacefully on July 8, 2025. She was born on May 16, 1941, in Arkansas to Coy and Hestell Wise. Lucy was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend.

She is survived by her son, David Childers; daughter, Peggy (Childers) Garber; granddaughters, Summer (Childers) Gonzalez and Faye (Garber) Winkler; grandsons, Robert Childers and Max Garber; and four great-grandchildren. Lucy was preceded in death by her mother and father and her son, Robert Childers.

Lucy is remembered for her creativity and the warmth in her heart for her beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
