MONICA J. MEZA

May 4, 1928 - Aug. 25, 2011



Monica Meza, 83, of El Centro passed away on Thursday, August 25, 2011 of natural causes.
She was born May 4, 1928 in Canadas de Obregon, Jalisco, Mexico and was married to Juan R. Meza in May 1952 in Mexicali B.C., Mexico.
She is survived by her children, Gregorio Jauregui, Miguel Jauregui, Antonio Jauregui, Maria Trinidad Meza, Martha Cabrera, Felix Meza, Juan Meza, Celso Meza, Clara Valdivia, Saul Meza, Margarito Meza, Monica Gonzalez, Claudia Morales; brothers Eliseo Jauregui, Lazaro Jauregui; sisters, Vicenta Jauregui and Formeria Jauregui; son-in-laws, daughter-in-laws and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 1, 2011 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Hems Brothers Mortuary in El Centro. Services will be held on Friday, September 2, 2011 at 9 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe in El Centro. Burial will immediately follow at Mt. View Cemetery in Calexico.
