NICOLAS JAMES ELLIS

Nicolas was the epitome of a mama's boy! He had such great love for all his younger siblings, his entire family, and friends. Once he felt really comfortable with you, he would let you see his really goofy side and give you one of his classic "James" bear hugs. He was a bright light in this dark world and was his family's constant protector. His passion was music, which he had planned to pursue after finishing high school. Tragically, he didn't get a chance to live out most of his dreams, so we are just going to have to live them for him. Nicolas will be missed beyond measure. From a young age he's believed in Jesus and we know where he is. He is still protecting us, but from Heaven.

Nicolas is survived by his parents, Nicolas Aaron Ellis and Araceli Franklin (Jeremy Franklin); maternal grandparents, Alfredo and Maricruz Felix; paternal grandparents, Andrew and Kay Lowenthal; as well as Jerry and Elizabeth Franklin; uncles, Alfredo Felix (Mayeli), Mike Ellis, John Ellis, and Shawn Polancgo; aunts, Erica James (Frank) and Jessica Felix (Carlos); brothers, Seth and Alex Ellis, Anakin and Ace Franklin; and only sister, Rey Franklin; cousins, Ethan, Emma, Kurt, Jake, Seren, Yaretzi, Carlos, Yadier, Sebastian, and Alfredo Jr.

Funeral Services will be held at First Christian Church in El Centro, CA on Saturday, October 15, 2022 at 11 a.m.
