SALVADOR "HUERO" ROBLES Jr.

1952 - 2015

Salvador Robles, 63, returned to his heavenly home with the Lord on Saturday, December 5, 2015. He passed away peacefully surrounded by family. He was the second child of twelve. Huero grew up in Westmorland, CA, attended Brawley Union High School and worked for Kobayashi Trucking for many years. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, attending his grandkids sporting events, going to Casinos and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. He always found a way to make you laugh, he was a jokester, smack talker and may have gave you a hard time, but it was all in good fun. Most used words were Man and Eso. He didnt like his ice cream cold so he would warm it up in the microwave, loved cheese, cooked an awesome Steak Picado but burned the tortillas. Salvador was a father-figure to many and cherished his friendships. It brings us great joy to know he was loved by so many. He was preceded in death by his father, Salvador Robles Sr. and aunt, Alicia Yescas. He is survived by his mother, Victoria Gradillas; son, Salvador (Palio), daughters, Priscilla (Mica), Elizabeth (Guera), and Erika; grandchildren, Michael, Anthony, Marcus, Isaac, Jacob, Dylan, Daniel, Michaela, Martin, Nathan and Jared; sisters, Anita, Betty, Marylou, Martha, Frances Amalia and Mary Jessie; brothers, Henry, Candelario, Ponciano and Eddie; Extended families, Yescas, Gradillas; many nieces, nephews and cousins. All services will be held at Frye Chapel and Mortuary in Brawley. Viewing will begin Saturday, December 19th at 2 p.m. and Chapel Service will follow at 3 p.m. A private burial service will be held at a later date.
