John Carpenter Obituary
John enjoyed being in the woods, hunting, exploring unfamiliar areas, traveling, woodworking and coin collecting. He is survived by his sisters Janet (David) Roper of Cleveland, Tennessee, Chris (Skip) Pratt of Bryan, Ohio, Bonnie Roan of Adrian, Michigan, and Lois (Gary) Cooper of Sebring, FL; step-brothers Richard (Denise) Fowler of Addison, Michigan, Melvin (Debbie) Fowler of Napoleon, Michigan, Gary Fowler of Napoleon, Michigan and several nieces and nephews. John is preceded in death by his parents, his step-mother Cornelia Fowler-Carpenter-Taylor and his brother-in-law, Lurly Roan, brother and sister-in-law, and Tom (Stacy) Fowler.
At John's request, cremation has taken place. Donations may be made to the family to be donated at a later date. You may send condolences to the family at www.eaglemarryfunrealhome.com. Arrangements have been entrusted to Eagle-Marry Funeral Home, Hudson.

TO: Gary Fowler,
I'm so sorry of your loss and hope you are doing well. I miss living in the old neighborhood and hope next time you are by Nelson Towers that you please stop by and say hello some afternoon. I no longer drive due to health issues and have a hard time walking so I'm usually in my condo. Hard to believe I left Jac's where we worked 25 years and Jim's been gone 20 years. I hope to see you soon!

John was a great man. My very first love of my life. He always knew how to make someone laugh. He was never forgotten and never will be ! Sad sad day. Rest in peace John.
