I was stunned by the news of Ava’s passing. Ava was always so excited about recruiting the FBI’s next generation of exceptional employees. She was passionate about her job and a wonderful colleague to work and collaborate with. My deepest condolences to all her family and friends. Her joyous energy will be missed on earth but will make heaven a greater place to be. God certainly has another angel by his side. May her memory and legacy live on through all of us.

I remember Ava, the beautiful, kind and wonderful queen who gave of her time and understanding. She could diffuse a situation with calmness and an attentive ear, along with her infectious smile. Prayers for her family and friends. Though heaven has gained a beautiful rose for the garden she will be fondly remembered.

Ava was the kindest, gentlest, most caring person I have ever known. Her voice, her smile, her spirit would light up any room. She dedicated her heart and soul to the FBI and to the interns she recruited every year. May her light shine down on us all and may God grant us the strength to preserve her spirit through love and kindness to others.
